Concord is currently experiencing a major power outage. There’s up to 5,000 PG&E customers affected. Even though the PG&E map shows differently the outage starts at Clayton Rd & Ayers Rd. The Arco station on Ayers & Clayton is currently closed along with all gas stations from Ayers Rd to Treat Blvd along Clayton Road.
The outage was caused by damaged equipment. PG&E has assigned a crew to begin repairs. It’s estimated that power will be restored by 2pm. If you need gas, it’s best to choose another area of Concord to refill.
