Applebee’s – FREE Meal for Vets and Active Duty Military 11/11 

BJ’s Restaurant – FREE meals to veterans & active duty on 11/11. Valued up to $9.95. Please contact your local BJ’s to get details on their Veterans Day promotion before heading out. A military ID is required.

California Pizza Kitchen – FREE pizza, full size salad, or pasta to all  veterans and those in active military duty on 11/11. You’ll need to show military ID or dress in uniform to receive this Veterans Day freebie.

★ Carrabba’s – FREE appetizer of your choice from 11/ 9 – 11/15. There’s no purchase necessary or coupon required; you just need to bring military ID or come in your uniform.

★ Cattlemen’s – FREE 8 oz sirloin with an all-you-can-eat salad, sourdough bread, baked potato, and ranch style beans for veteran or active duty military on 11/11.  Be sure to bring your proof of service with you, which can include anything from a military or Uniform Service ID to discharge paperwork or a photograph of you in uniform. All locations will be open at 4 PM. This offer is for dine-in only, and beverages are not included. Reservations are recommended.

 Chuck E. Cheese’s
All U.S. Armed Forces veterans and active-duty military get 20 free tokens upon a visit to Chuck E. Cheese’s. Military ID or proof of service is required, but no coupon is needed.

★ Chili’s – FREE Meal if you are a veteran or on active military duty 11/11

★ Denny’s FREE Grand Slam Breakfast 5am – 12pm on 11/11

★ Einstein Bros Bagels – FREE coffee for veteran and active military on 11/11. No purchase is required to get the free coffee, but you do need to show military ID.

★ Famous Dave’s – FREE BBQ Meat Salute with corn muffin and a side to veterans and active duty military on 11/11. Offer is valid 11- 4:30pm at participating locations.

FREE Food for Vets

 Golden Corral – FREE Meals and a beverage to any person who has ever served in the U.S. military or is on current active duty. 11/11 from 5-9pm

★ Hooters: FREE entrée (up to $10.99 value) with any drink purchase.

 IHOP – FREE stack of Red, White, and Blue pancakes for veterans and active duty on 11/11. Not all locations are participating, so be sure to call ahead to make sure your local IHOP is offering this Veterans Day free meal. Some locations may include the pancakes with free eggs, bacon, and hash browns. Military ID may be required.

★ Krispy Kreme – FREE doughnut and small coffee for veterans and active-duty military on 11/11. No purchase is necessary.

★ Little Caesars – FREE Crazy Bread for US Veterans on 11.11. with a valid military ID at participating locations.

McCormick & Schmick’s – FREE Meal for Veterans on 11/8. Bring in official verification. This offer is for dine-in only, and it’s recommended to make a reservation before November 8 due to the popularity of this offer.

★ Menchie’s – FREE 6 oz. cups of frozen yogurt (plus any toppings) to veterans and active duty military all day long 11/11. You’ll need to show military ID or dress in uniform to receive this Veterans Day freebie.

★ Noah’s – FREE coffee to veteran as well as active-duty military personnel on 11/11. No purchase is required to get the free coffee, but you do need to show military ID

★ Olive Garden – FREE meal for all active-duty military and military veterans who provide proof of service on 11/11

★ On The Border – FREE Combo Meal for veterans and active duty military members. You’ll need to bring military service proof such as a U.S. Uniform Services ID Card, a U.S. Uniform Services Retired ID card, Current Leave and Earnings Statement, Veterans Organizations Card, DD214, or Citation/Commendation.

 Outback Steakhouse – FREE Bloomin Onion and beverage on 11/11.  This offer is for all military personnel that have military ID. They are also giving out a military discount of 15% off the total check from November 12 to December 31, 2015, valid for military members and their families.

 Red Lobster – FREE Appetizer or Dessert for Active duty military, reserve, and military veterans from 11/9-11/12

★ Red Robin – FREE Red’s Tavern Double burger and Bottomless Steak Fries on 11/11 for active and veteran military. Be sure to bring your military ID to take advantage of this Veterans Day freebie. Not all locations are participating, so it’s best to call ahead to make sure your Red Robin location will be offering this free meal.

★ Ruby Tuesday – FREE appetizer to active duty or veteran military. Be sure to call ahead to make sure your local Ruby Tuesday is participating. Proof of service is required.

★ Sizzlers – FREE 6 oz. Steak, single Malibu Chicken, or Half Dozen Fried Shrimp entree with a choice of a side dish. Individuals will also receive a free coffee, tea, or fountain drink. Participating Sizzlers will be serving veterans and active military members until 4:00 p.m. on 11/11. Bring proof of service such as your U.S. military-issue or veterans group ID card, a photograph of yourself in uniform, or wear your uniform to your local Sizzlers.

★ Starbucks – FREE tall brewed coffees to veterans, active-duty military, and their spouses on Veterans Day. Call ahead to make sure your local Starbucks is participating.

★ Texas Roadhouse  – FREE meal to active and veteran military on 11/11. You’ll need to bring in a military ID, Veterans Affairs card, or Discharge papers for proof of service. Dine-in only at a Texas Roadhouse near you.

★ Tim Horton’s – FREE donut to all active and veterans military on 11/11. Veterans will need to be in uniform or show military ID. No purchase necessary.

★ Travel Centers of America – FREE Meal for all active duty and veteran military on 11/11.You’ll need to show proof of military service or ID.

★ Uno Chicago Grill –  FREE individual pizza or entrée with the purchase of a pizza or entrée of equal or greater value. Available for all active duty and veterans. No coupon necessary; proof of service required. Don’t forget to tell the staff you are there that day to support Fisher House, and a portion of your party’s check will go to benefit the Fisher House Foundation, an awesome military charity.   • Free Haircuts at Great Clips – Veterans and active/inactive/retired military members can stop into Great Clips on Wednesday, November 11 and get a free haircut or pickup a free haircut card to use before the end of the year. Anyone can stop in to get their haircut and receive a free haircut card that they can give to a veteran.
  • Free Haircuts at Sports Clips – Veterans and active duty U.S. service members can stop in on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 to get a free haircut at any participating Sports Clips.
  • Free Car Washes for Veterans – Grace for Vets is a non-profit organization who has gotten together independent car wash operates to offer veterans a free car wash on November 11, 2015. Here’s a list of participating car washes.
  • Free Car Wash
    ALL veterans and service personnel get a free car wash at participating locations. Every year Grace For Vets, a non-profit organization, unites the car wash industry in 4 countries (U.S., Canada, New Zealand, Australia) with this program.Home Depot
    A 10% discount is also offered to all other military veterans on Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day and Veterans Day. A year round 10% discount up to a maximum $500 at all U.S. locations to active duty personnel, reservists, retired or disabled veterans and their immediate families. Must present a valid military ID.
  • Free Car Wash and Oil Change at Delta Sonic – Delta Sonic is giving out free car washes and oil changes to all veterans and military members at all locations this Veterans Day, 2015. A free Brick Oven lunch is also available at these locations.
  • Free Oil Changes at Meineke Car Care Centers – Active, reserve, and retired members of the military can present their valid military ID at a participating Meineke location on November 11, 2015 for a free basic oil change.
  • Free Bridal Gowns at Koda Bridal – Koda Bridal in PA will be giving away bridal gowns to military brides on November 11, 2015.
  • Ideal Massage’s Free 30 Minute Massage – All throughout the year, including on Veterans Day, veterans, active military members, law enforcement, teachers, and others can get a free 30 minute massage at Ideal Massage.
  • Free Dry Cleaning at $1.99 Any Garment Cleaners – Veterans and current military members can bring in 10 pieces of garments and have them dry cleaned for free throughout the whole month of November.
  • Brides Across America Free Wedding Gown Events – During the month of November Brides Across America is partnering with bridal salons across the nation to giveaway wedding dresses to qualified military brides. All military brides must pre-register online.

  • Brooks Brothers
    Enjoy 25% off all in store purchases to all active military personnel and veterans.
  • Boston Market – Get a free dessert with the purchase of any individual meal this year on Veterans Day from Boston Market.
  • Cabela’s Hometown Heroes
    Cabela’s is hosting Hometown Heroes events.  There is a 5% discount is for Military Personnel (active and retired military, active reservists and VA recipients) plus Law-Enforcement, Firefighters and Emergency Medical Service personnel (EMS).

  • Cabela’s Hometown Heroes

  • Half-Price Tickets to World of Coca-ColaI n_Atlanta – From Thursday, Nov. 5 through Sunday, Nov. 15, members of the Armed Forces (active duty, reserves and retirees) may purchase up to four half-price general admission tickets for their friends and family (Armed Forces get in free all year). Just present a valid Armed Forces ID cards at the World of Coca-Cola ticket windows.


  • 24 Hours Fitness – U.S. military servicemen and servicewomen get free all-club access in honor of Veterans Day.
  • Free Entrance Into National Parks – This freebie is in honor of Veterans Day but everyone can take part in it. Over 100 national parks will waive admission fees on November 11, 2015 in honor of Veterans Day.
  • Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium – In honor of Veterans Day, active military personnel, veterans, and their immediate families can get free admission to Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium on Wednesday, November 11, 2015.
  • Free Admission to Aquarium of the Pacific – On November 11, 2015, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, CA is letting all veterans, military personnel, police officers, and firefighters with service ID enjoy the aquarium with free admission.
  • Free Admission to Harley-Davidson Museum – On November 7-8 and 11, 2015, Harley-Davidson Museum is offering free admission to all active military, veterans, and their families. A valid ID is required for entrance, which permits an additional adult and up to 4 children under 18 years of age.
  • Free Admission to Mount Vernon – On November 11, 2015, from 9 AM to 4 PM, all active duty, former, and retired military personnel get free entrance to Mount Vernon.
  • Free Rentals at Rowing Dock – Veterans can have free kayak, canoe, and stand-up paddle board rentals on Veterans Day, November 11, 2015 between 9 AM and 6 PM. Though not necessary, it is recommended to RSVP (do it here).
  • Free Night Lodging at B&B’s Around the Country – Vets can stay the night at participating B&B’s around the country on either Tuesday, November 10 or Wednesday, November 11, 2015. There are also Can adian B&Bs participating this year.
  • Free Admission to World of Coca-Cola in Atlanta – Members of the Armed Forces (active duty, reserves, and veterans) get free admission all year to the World of Coca-Cola in Atlanta when they show their valid Armed Forces ID card. Half-price tickets can be purchased for friends and family November 5-15.
  • Free Dental Work at The John Fornetti Center – Veterans can get a free extraction, filling, or hygiene cleaning on Saturday, November 7, from 8 AM to 3 PM at The John Fornetti Dental Center in Iron Mountain, MI.
  • Free Admission to Colonial Williamsburg – Veterans, service members, and dependents of currently deployed troops can get free admission to Colonial Williamsburg’s Revolutionary City from November 6 through November 11, 2015. This includes admission to the daily Revolution in the Streets program, The Capital and the Governor’s Palace, historical trade sites, and more.
  • Free Admission Into Knott’s Berry Farm – From Nov. 1 through Dec. 20, 2015, active, retired, and veteran military members and one guest get free admission Knott’s Berry Farm. Six additional discounted tickets can be purchased for other guests from Nov. 1 to Nov. 20 at $25 each, but they go up to $30 each from Nov. 21 to Dec. 20. Valid military proof with photo ID is required.
  • Free SeaWorld Admission – Military veterans get into SeaWorld in San Diego, CA for free through the rest of 2015. Up to 3 additional free admissions are available for the veteran’s guests. There’s also complimentary admission for active duty military.
  • Army Corp of Engineers Recreation Areas
    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is waiving all day use fees at more than 2,400 recreation areas nationwide. This waiver is available to all veterans, active and reserve component service members, and their families. Only verbal confirmation of service is required.


  • Free lodging – (bed and breakfasts)
    The Salute Our Heroes specials celebrate the active and retired military, vets and their loved ones; offering a free night of stay on Veterans Day (US) and Remembrance Day (Canada) – all other Salute Our Heroes room-rate specials can run year round. Please provide the innkeeper with proof of service when checking in. Finally, some much needed R&R (Rest & Recognition)!
  • Free lodging – BNB for Vets (bed and breakfasts)
    Each year, the B&B industry celebrates the sacrifices offered by our courageous vets by offering free rooms on or around Veteran’s Day. We look forward to the 6th Annual B&Bs for Vets celebration. You will be able to search the list by state or scroll down through all the offers. In order to accommodate all those deserving free stays, innkeepers may offer “first-timers” to the program priority for stays.
    B&Bs for Vets: Inns and B&Bs throughout the U.S. and Canada will open their doors to thank veterans for their service on Monday, November 10th and Tuesday, November 11th, 2015.
