On July 23 the City of Concord is hosting its Tuesday Night Blues Concert. The event will be held in downtown Concord at Todos Santos Plaza and it’s totally free to the public! The concert is from 6:30-8pm and will be continuing all month-long, every Tuesday. Who doesn’t like free concerts?
