There will be a DUI Checkpoint in Walnut Creek on Friday December, 16th!
Hours of operation will be approximately 9:00pm until 2:00am.
If you would like to be updated on DUI checkpoints and other police activity in Contra Costa, it’s HIGHLY recommended that you join our email list, Facebook page, twitter feed or bookmark us and check back often! We will continue to make people of Contra Costa County aware of DUI Checkpoints, Smog Checkpoints, Saturation Patrols, and other travel related events. As far as we know, DiabloReporter.com is the ONLY site that gives out specific times and locations of checkpoints in the County.
WCPD encourages anyone who intends to drink, to make plans to have a “designated driver” or arrange to take a cab ride home. WCPD appreciates everyone’s support and help at making our streets safe from impaired drivers.
The sobriety checkpoint will be located on Lawrence Way north of Parkside Drive, near the onramp to Northbound 680.
