Don’t Forget to Spring Forward This Sunday

spring-forward

It’s that time of the year again! Daylight Saving Time began Sunday, March 14, 2016, and ends on Sunday November 6, 2016.

Daylight Saving Time begins at 2 a.m on Sunday. If you haven’t set your clocks forward yet, do it before you return to work on Monday.

Most people remember the trick to clock changing by the old quote of “spring forward, fall backward,” which reminds us to set the clocks forward for Daylight Saving Time in the spring and backward for Standard Time but more than 10 percent of people in the United States turn their clocks in the wrong direction.
