New Year, New You – Free Pilates Classes Weekly


Kick off the New Year right with a bit of strength and stretching with these FREE Pilates classes.  All levels are welcome. Just BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat)!

Pilates is a great way to take back your physic. This class builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen.

Classes are held every Saturday 9-10am & Wednesdays 11am-12pm.
