Shape Up Now – Free Zumba, Pilates & Yoga Classes

Kick off the new year by getting in shape. Getting healthy is one of the most popular New Years Resolutions. Keep moving this weekend with these FREE Zumba, Yoga and Pilates classes offered by Sports Basement. They offer a range of ongoing free classes at their Walnut Creek store which are open to all levels and ages.

Make sure you turn up the heat this year! Local Zumba instructor Jessica Amato will be leading this Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music and engaging, easy to learn steps. Classes will be held Wednesdays at 6:45 – 7:45pm. All uncoordinated and musically challenged people are welcome, as well as you talented folks. Please wear comfortable clothing and lightweight athletic shoes.

Pilates is a great way to take back your physic. This class builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. Classes are held every Saturday 9-10am & Wednesday 11-noon. Just BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat)!

Yoga is the perfect way to melt away toxins from the week before and make the most of your weekend. Classes are held every Sunday 11-Noon. Bring Your Own Mat!
