Williams & Sonoma takes a step-by-step approach to preparing beautiful crusts: tender and flaky pâte brisée (standard piecrust), pâte sucrée (sweet piecrust) and a classic graham-cracker crust. Learn how to roll and blind bake crusts—just in time for holiday baking.
This class will be held Sunday October 27, 2013 at your local Williams & Sonoma store. The hour-long technique classes are free and include tastings of prepared dishes. The class will be held at 10:00am and class size is limited. Participants can also enjoy 10% savings on select same-day store purchases.
